Customized plan for your organization

We will work with your team to develop a customized plan that incorporates:

  • Implementation goals
  • Training timeline
  • New workflow
  • Facility best practices

6N recommends implementing the system in phases over time, typically in the following order:

  • 6N Essentials database, allowing all census and ADT information to be entered
  • 6N Financials and/or 6N EMR
  • 6N EMR stages: CNA and nursing documentation; 6N Orders for medication and treatment orders; followed by interdisciplinary communication and workflow such as custom alerts, notifications, and advanced workflow for care teams
